1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jelibo ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered user ("you", "user", "member"). By accessing the jelibo.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you fully accept these terms.

jelibo is an online gaming and betting platform that offers various casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services to players in Bangladesh. The platform operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

1.1 Scope of Terms

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use jelibo's services:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register on jelibo. Persons under 21 are not eligible to use this platform. jelibo may request identification or supporting documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may create only one account on jelibo. Operating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. You are required to provide your name as it appears on your national ID, correct date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jelibo may request that you complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) when required. This process may involve submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. If the required documents are not provided within the given timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

Protecting your account security is your own responsibility. jelibo recommends following these guidelines to keep your account safe:

• Use a strong and unique password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials. jelibo will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, but will provide reasonable assistance if notified promptly.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

jelibo currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 by any method. Deposited funds will be added to your account once the transaction has been successfully processed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and only to the account registered under your name. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

Please note that the relevant payment provider's own terms and fees may apply at the time of deposit or withdrawal. jelibo does not impose any additional charges, but is not responsible for charges applied by the payment provider.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jelibo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate.

4.4 Payment Verification

jelibo complies with anti-money laundering policies. jelibo may request additional verification for any transaction. jelibo reserves the right to suspend or cancel any incomplete or suspicious transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, and any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.
• If jelibo suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• jelibo reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

jelibo's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP tier advancement is based on user activity and participation. VIP benefits and terms may change at jelibo's discretion.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

jelibo is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our games are operated by reliable software providers and use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games played on jelibo are final and binding. If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, jelibo will investigate the situation and make an appropriate decision. Results displayed due to obvious errors or software faults may be considered void.

6.3 Technical Issues

jelibo is not liable for internet disconnections, device failures, or any other technical problems. If a game is left incomplete due to such issues, please contact the support team.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jelibo and will be treated as serious violations of these terms:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using unauthorized tools, bots, or automated methods in gaming software.
• Attempting to hack or carry out cyberattacks on the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using or reproducing jelibo's intellectual property without permission.
• Providing false information or forged documents.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, jelibo reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jelibo

jelibo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, incomplete identity verification, or any other reasonable cause. In the case of a suspended account, the user will be notified by email and given an opportunity to clarify the situation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or through 24/7 live chat. Pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

jelibo will not bear any liability in the following situations:

• Financial losses caused by the user's own actions.
• Disruptions or faults in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Internet disconnections or issues with the user's device.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
• Any losses resulting from the user's violation of these terms.

In any situation, jelibo's total liability will not exceed the amount of the transaction in question. jelibo strives to maintain the quality of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10 Responsible Gaming
